	We had an absolutely wonderful meal at Max's Grille this June. One order of the pear/pecan/mixed greens salad served two of us, and was fresh and delightful. The marinated skirt steak was perfectly prepared, and extremely large. The service couldn't have been better, and watching everything going on in the `exhibition kitchen` was lots of fun. We'd go back in a minute!
